    This is a fun little board. It's wide enough to be plenty stable. Due to it's short length it's very maneuverable, but what surprised me is how well it tracks for a short and wide board. The first time I took the board out I only inflated it to 15 psi and it felt a bit bouncy. The second time out I inflated to 17 psi (max recommended is 18), and it's so stiff I couldn't detect any bouncing our flex. It's not the fastest paddle board around, but it glides really well. That combined with how lightweight it is means less paddle strokes and less effort in those paddle strokes to move around. I purchased this board for downriver paddles using a bicycle to shuttle back to my starting point. I think it will work really well for this.

    Everything in life is relative and this board is no execption. If you are looking for a boards that has all the quality of the 'Red Whip' or the 'Fanatic Stubby' but at half the price then you're defiantly barking up the wrong tree. If however you are after a cheap second board/beach toy or a affordable introduction to white water then this the board for you. Im 95kg and when fully inflateded to 18psi it was as solid under foot as any other isup ive been on, which to be honest I was surprised at. The extra 3psi together with its shape made a difference for me as a heavier rider. Its design and over all look is sharp and for once looks as good as it does on the box. Its a really good weight and the deck space is massive. The limited accessories are ok and the bag it comes in is actually a really smart and practical carry and storage solution, but no good if you want to travel with it e.g. on a plane. The pump works ok but wouldn't bother with it if you aready have one. The biggest draw back for me is the lack of removable centre fin and a mast fitting would be awesome (but of course this would instantly ramp up the price). Its not sold as a surf modle and for anyone wanting a dedicated surf sup this wont do the job, But if like me you are a big bloke with no ability and 0 talent but still want to play in the small stuff this will provide the stoke you are looking for. However you do need to be prepared to move around the board on take off and turning. At 6" deep you do really need to push on the rails to turn. I have little experience of white water so haven't really had a proper chance to test its pedigree here.
    Lets be clear its not really an all round board, but for a bit of a casual mess about on flat water as long as you have some paddle skills the lack of tracking isnt too frustrating. I couldn't be bothered to inflate my 14ft touring board the other day so got this out instead. Managed a good couple of hours out on the canal with out killing myself and actually really enjoyed it.
    Dont let the brand snobs but you off looking at the 2018 range of Aqua Marina boards as they seem to have ramped up their game in construction and design to be a blossoming contender at a lower price point.

    To summarize, ive given it four stars because of the over all look and shape and value for money. At its best, a great beach toy. Convenient and with built-in fins quick and easy to pump up and get out there. It will defiantly deliver as long as you dont have high performance expectations. Its not quite an all rounder and won't set the world alight, but with a bit of experience you can get heck of a lot out of it!

    The board I recieved had a significant warp in it which may be part of the problem I had. The board was supper stiff, so I was very hopeful. Seeing the warp I wanted to get it on the water straight away. My girlfriend is an instructor and we both tried it and the board was super wobbly. We have used other highend boards that were more alot more sturdy. However, maybe that's what you get for the price point. Over all it seemed well constructed (other than the huge twist in it from nose to tail on this particular board). Was definitely hoping for alot more out of it then I recieved. Took a risk and didn't pan out for me in this scenario.
